Tango Aberdeen is a non-profit making organisation that is run by a small group of volunteers.

We offer weekly Argentine tango classes that cater for the complete beginner through to the intermediate dancer, although advanced dancers are also welcome.  Participants can attend either alone or as a couple and have the option of rotating partners or remaining as a couple.

Weekly tango classes and an annual International Tango Festival, Taryn and Drew work hard to create a lovely, friendly and exciting community.

Tango Mac is Glasgow’s most popular weekly Argentine Tango event. The Práctica is hosted at Charles Rennie Mackintosh’s, Ruchill Kelvinside Parish Church Hall, and offers dancers a concentrated three hours to practise and share tips. Tango Mac is a place to catch-up, blether, meet dancers from across Scotland and enjoy the ambience of the hall.

Pure dead tango!

The Glasgow Tango Collective organises Argentine tango dance classes and events in Glasgow (UK), with the aim of encouraging more people to enjoy this wonderful and beguiling dance. We offer a range of classes for all dancing levels, a regular pratica and milonga, and unique events that bring the world’s best tango teachers, performers and dancers to this amazing city.

We are an Argentine Tango group who meet for classes and practica every Monday evening in Bedminster, Bristol UK.

We are a not for profit community group, and all proceeds get reinvested into the group to enable us to bring amazing teachers from all over the world.

They are based in Newcastle and Greece. They have participated at various national tours with re-known artists such tango singer Martin Alvarado. Maria & Guillermo are well established teachers and performers with more than two decades of experience and international career in teaching and performing with their work including small groups and individuals as well as Festivals, shows and milongas. Together they have been performing & teaching internationally

Angela and Andi were among the pioneers who started Argentinean Tango in Newcastle in 2001. From the very beginning we have been teaching and organising social events and are currently running classes in Whitley Bay and the Tuesday milonga in Tynemouth. The local tango community is recovering from the Covid break and is again growing with many opportunities to dance in the Newcastle area.

We provide the tools to help you understand the principles that govern each movement. These enable students to experience something first, then reflect upon it and then explore. All this within a friendly learning environment!
