Tango Aberdeen is a non-profit making organisation that is run by a small group of volunteers.

We offer weekly Argentine tango classes that cater for the complete beginner through to the intermediate dancer, although advanced dancers are also welcome.  Participants can attend either alone or as a couple and have the option of rotating partners or remaining as a couple.

The Glasgow Tango Collective organises Argentine tango dance classes and events in Glasgow (UK), with the aim of encouraging more people to enjoy this wonderful and beguiling dance. We offer a range of classes for all dancing levels, a regular pratica and milonga, and unique events that bring the world’s best tango teachers, performers and dancers to this amazing city.

We are an Argentine Tango group who meet for classes and practica every Monday evening in Bedminster, Bristol UK.

We are a not for profit community group, and all proceeds get reinvested into the group to enable us to bring amazing teachers from all over the world.

We are a group of Argentine Tango dancers based in Cambridge. We are enthusiastic about Tango and want to create opportunities for our already dancing friends to improve and enjoy themselves even more and for new comers to experience Tango and join our vibrant and close community.

At the Cambridge Tango Academy, we want to share our passion for this exquisite dance. Both our community and Tango itself are beginner-friendly, and having two left feet is not an issue: If you can walk, you can Tango!

We won’t be focusing on dance routines, we will teach you to lead, to follow and to move instinctively to the music. It’s up to you and your own creativity to choose how to dance!

She has established her own Tango School which passionately advocates a fresh and new approach to teaching Authentic Argentine Tango in Scotland.

Ongoing introspective searching enquiry leads to discovery and a necessity to reach out, connect and share. Through quality teaching, creative work and the sheer power of simply dancing. In all the work be it class, high level production projects, an informal showing, Tango classes, performances and cross media collaborations the aim is:

  • Integrity, authentic artistry, open minded exploration
  • Personal and shared development, open minded exploration
  • Inspire, share, celebrate, open minded exploration

Our ethos is to provide and friendly environment with resources to improve the dancing skills for all levels with the added social aspect of tango. Our dedicated supporters have been dancing from 5-10+years and have formed a very strong alliance to added extra coaching, tips and advice to new comers.

We are a community minded Argentine tango school and we’ve been running classes on Sundays and social dancing in South London for ten years.

Our aim is to make tango accessible, affordable and fun both to learn and to dance socially.

The essence of our dancing is the communication between two people which is born in the embrace and lives and breathes through the music. In our teaching, we focus on the skills that will enable our students to create and enjoy their own dance: musicality, and a clear understanding of the concepts of leading and following. Our foundations are traditional but our methods embrace modern techniques and natural, organic movement.
