Ann Liebeck soprano and Julian Rowlands (Midnight Tango) on  piano and bandoneon present  an evening of Piaf songs and popular tangos. Ann  has collaborated with Julian and premier band Tango Siempre in  London  venues such as SouthBankCentre , and also in Dublin National Concert Hall.
