How do I tag someone’s profile?

| Note | Events, Stories

Tangofolly loves collaboration! Work together with friends and colleagues by tagging their page to your page and posts. This is a great way to promote your posts and/or work together in teams. Here’s how it works:

WHAT ARE ASSOCIATES?
Associates are a simple way to tag other members to your page or posts. Associates are all the posts and pages YOU have tagged OTHER members to.

HOW TO CREATE AN ASSOCIATE
First, navigate to your own page or any event, story or market-listing you have already published. Choose ‘Settings’ at the top of your page or post. Under the ‘Associates’ tab enter the name of the member you want to tag. If you can’t find someone be sure to check their page for the correct name they have used on their page as it may not be their actual name.

WHERE ARE ASSOCIATES DISPLAYED?
Look for the Associates sub-heading on your page or posts.

MANAGING AND DELETING ASSOCIATES
Navigate to ‘Settings’ at the top of your page or post. Under the ‘Associates’ tab you will find all the tags you have created so far with options to remove them and add more.

WHAT ARE COLLABORATIONS?
These are all the posts and pages OTHER members have tagged YOU to.

HOW DO I CREATE A COLLABORATION?
You cannot create a collaboration yourself. Other members must associate (or tag) your page to their posts or their page for those posts and pages to be displayed in the collaborations box on your page.

WHERE ARE COLLABORATIONS DISPLAYED?
On your personal page you will see a ‘Collaboration’ sub-heading.

WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO BE TAGGED TO OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANOTHER MEMBER’S POST OR PAGE?
You will receive a notification by email when someone tags your page and have the option to send that member a quick message to request them to remove the tag.
