Photographer’s Comment:
I like the unusual angle, the almost circular symmetry of their embrace which points to the corner, the simplicity of the dancers’ isolation in the frame, the way they stand out against the texture and colour of the polished concrete floor behind them, and the way their movement has made the hem of her dress blur slightly as they come to the end of their giro.
