Description:
The dancer s intense facial expression is what draws me to this picture. I love how it contrasts dramatically with the gentle softness of the woman’s features. Beautiful play of feminine and masculine energies. Together in meditative state, but each experiencing different landscape of emotions. The flood of light gives the image an angelic touch, verging on religious allegory. Worship, ecstasy, mindful presence.

There is very little wrong with this image. Composition, excellent. Use of lighting to draw the eye to the faces of each dancer while retaining other details through shadow and blackout. Very nice timing to capture genuine emotion. We like this image very much.
