I have been always training until reaching some continuous joints issues. The age is too realistic about our activities.
Our body is the only real place where we need to live…. so it worth to keep it healty, clean and tidy.
So, once the age and the social activities says that gym or running are so boring and painful I discover that dancing is the perfect hobby to keep dementias far away, while getting a good shape no matter the age.
